About Flowjat
We're building the ad copilot we wished existed when we were shipping our own apps and trying to make sense of advertising.
Our mission
Flowjat exists to make paid advertising understandable and manageable for people who build products — not for people whose full-time job is running ads. We want a solo developer or a small team to be able to spend a little money on ads, understand exactly what is happening, and know what to change next, without becoming a marketing expert first.
The ad copilot for app and SaaS makers. That tagline is the whole idea: a copilot that sits next to you, watches your campaigns and your revenue together, and tells you in plain words what to do.
Who we build for
Flowjat is for indie developers and small teams — the kind of people who built the product themselves and now have to figure out distribution too. You might be:
- A solo developer launching a mobile app or a SaaS side project.
- A two- or three-person team where the same person writes code, answers support, and somehow also owns the ad budget.
- A founder who has tried boosting a post or running a few campaigns, spent real money, and never felt sure it was working.
We are deliberately not building another tool for agencies and performance marketers. There are good products for experts who already speak the language of attribution windows and bid strategies. Flowjat is for everyone else — the builders who just want honest answers.
The problem we're tackling
Advertising is opaque and time-consuming if it isn't your specialty. Each ad platform has its own dashboard, its own jargon, and its own way of reporting numbers that rarely agree with each other. You are handed graphs and metrics, but almost never a clear answer to the only question you actually have: is this working, and what should I change?
On top of that, the ad platforms only see half the picture. They know what you spent and how many clicks you got — but they don't know which of those clicks turned into a paying customer, a subscription, or a renewal. So you're left stitching together spreadsheets late at night, guessing, and quietly worrying that you're wasting money.
Our approach
We think the answer isn't yet another dashboard. It's a copilot that does the interpreting for you and unifies the data that actually matters. Three principles guide how we build Flowjat:
- Plain-language advice, not just charts. The product's job is to say "here's what to change and why," not to hand you more numbers to decode.
- A calm, non-anxious interface. Spending money on ads is stressful enough. The UI is intentionally quiet — no blinking alarms, no dark patterns nudging you to spend more.
- Real ROAS by unifying ads and revenue. We bring your ad platforms together with your developer revenue tools so you can see true return on ad spend, not just clicks.
What makes Flowjat different
1. It tells you what to change
Most tools stop at showing you data. Flowjat starts where they stop: the copilot reads your numbers and gives you clear, prioritised recommendations in language you don't need a marketing degree to understand.
2. A calm interface, on purpose
The product is designed to lower your stress, not raise it. We surface the few things that matter, keep the rest out of your way, and never use urgency or guilt to push you toward spending more.
3. Ads and revenue in one place
Flowjat is built to connect both sides of the equation: your ad platforms (such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and Apple Search Ads) and the developer revenue tools that show what actually happened afterwards (Stripe, Paddle, RevenueCat). That's what makes a true ROAS view possible.
4. A copilot that prioritises
Even with all the data unified, you still don't have unlimited time. The copilot's job is to put the most important action first — so you can make one good decision in five minutes instead of staring at ten tabs for an hour.
Where we are today
We'll be honest with you, because we'd want the same: Flowjat is an early-stage product, in active construction. We are building it in the open with the developers and small teams who are its first users.
The ad-platform and revenue-tool integrations are being connected and validated as we launch — they get wired up at launch rather than being fully live for everyone today. If a connection is still in progress, we'll say so plainly inside the product rather than pretend otherwise. If something isn't ready yet, we would rather tell you than oversell it.
That also means your feedback genuinely shapes what we build next. If you're the kind of builder we described above, we'd love to have you along early.
