Acceptable Use Policy

The rules everyone agrees to when using Flowjat. They keep the platform safe, keep your connected ad accounts in good standing, and keep us honest with the partners whose data we touch.

Last updated: 26 juin 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) describes what you may and may not do with Flowjat (the “Service”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms used here have the meaning given to them in the Terms. By using the Service you agree to follow this Policy, and to make sure anyone you invite into your workspace follows it too.

Flowjat is a copilot that connects to your ad platforms and your revenue tools, reads campaign data, and suggests clear actions. Because it acts on accounts that belong to you and that are governed by other companies’ rules, how you use it matters. This Policy exists to protect you, the people who see your ads, the platforms we connect to, and other Flowjat customers.

1. You stay responsible for what runs

Flowjat gives advice and, where you enable it, can help apply changes to your campaigns. You remain fully responsible for your advertising: the budgets you set, the creatives you publish, the audiences you target, and the claims you make. Suggestions from the copilot are recommendations, not instructions you are obliged to follow, and they do not transfer responsibility for your account to us. Always review a recommendation before acting on it.

2. Follow the advertising platforms’ own policies

This is the most important rule on this page. When you connect an ad account, you are still bound by that platform’s rules — and using Flowjat never overrides them. You must comply at all times with the advertising policies of every platform you connect, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Advertising Standards and the Meta Platform Terms.
  • Google — Google Ads policies and the Google Ads API terms.
  • TikTok — TikTok Advertising Policies and the TikTok for Business terms.
  • Snapchat — Snap Advertising Policies and the Snap Business / Marketing API terms.
  • Apple — Apple Search Ads policies and the Apple Developer / App Store guidelines that apply to what you promote.

You are responsible for knowing and respecting these policies for each account you connect. You must not use Flowjat to attempt to circumvent, mask, or work around any platform’s review process, rate limits, automation rules, or restrictions — for example by cloaking landing pages, disguising prohibited content, or rotating assets to evade detection. If a platform restricts, limits, or removes your account, that is between you and the platform; Flowjat cannot reinstate it, and following our suggestions does not guarantee policy compliance.

3. Use the AI copilot honestly

The copilot is here to help you make better, clearer advertising decisions. Use it for that. You must not:

  • Use the copilot to generate ad content, claims, or targeting that would breach a platform’s policies or any applicable law.
  • Try to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the underlying models, prompts, or system instructions, or use the Service to train or improve a competing model or product.
  • Submit prompts designed to make the copilot produce illegal, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited output, or attempt to bypass its safety guardrails.
  • Send automated, scripted, or bulk requests to the copilot beyond normal interactive use, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Present copilot output as professional legal, financial, or compliance advice — it is guidance to help you decide, not a substitute for your own judgement.

4. No scraping or abuse of the Service or its APIs

Access the Service through the interfaces and credentials we provide, and within any documented limits. You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service except through features we expressly offer for that purpose.
  • Circumvent, disable, or exceed rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other technical or usage controls.
  • Share, sell, or resell your access, API keys, or credentials, or let others use your account in ways that disguise who is really using the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written permission. (Found something? Tell us at security@flowjat.com .)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service — for example through denial-of-service activity, injecting malicious code, or overloading our infrastructure.

5. No illegal, harmful, or infringing use

You must not use Flowjat to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including advertising, consumer-protection, data-protection, sanctions, and intellectual property law.
  • Promote or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Advertise content or products you have no legal right to promote, or that you do not control the connected accounts for.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or content that contains viruses or other harmful code.
  • Process other people’s personal data through the Service without a lawful basis and the appropriate notices and consents.

6. Respect connected accounts and data

You may only connect ad platforms, revenue tools (such as Stripe, Paddle, or RevenueCat), and other accounts that you own or are clearly authorised to manage. You must not connect, access, or act on accounts that do not belong to you or your organisation, and you must remove access promptly when your authorisation ends. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

7. Fair use of the platform

Flowjat is a young product and shared infrastructure. Use it in a way that is fair to other customers: don’t deliberately degrade performance, don’t try to consume a disproportionate share of resources, and don’t create accounts to evade limits, bans, or billing. We may apply reasonable technical limits and will tell you if we need to discuss your usage.

8. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Flowjat in breach of this Policy, or you see content or activity that concerns you, let us know at support@flowjat.com. For security issues specifically, email security@flowjat.com. We review reports and act on them in line with this Policy and our Terms.

9. Consequences of breaking this Policy

We would always rather warn you and give you a chance to fix a problem than cut off access. But when a breach is serious, repeated, or puts other people, our partners, or the Service at risk, we may take any of the following steps — with or without notice, depending on the circumstances and the law:

  • Issue a warning and ask you to correct the issue within a set time.
  • Disable a specific feature, integration, or connected account.
  • Throttle, suspend, or limit your access temporarily.
  • Suspend or terminate your account and remove offending content.
  • Report unlawful activity to the relevant platforms or authorities where we are required or permitted to do so.

Where we suspend rather than terminate, we will normally explain what is needed to restore access. Suspension or termination for a breach of this Policy does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees, except where required by law. Nothing in this section limits any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

10. Changes to this Policy

As the Service grows and the platforms we connect to evolve, we may update this Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Flowjat after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
