Getting started
A short, honest guide to setting up Flowjat. Create your account, connect an ad platform, read your dashboard, and let the copilot tell you what to change next.
On this page
Flowjat is the ad copilot for app and SaaS makers: it pulls your ad platforms and your revenue tools into one place, then tells you in plain language what to change next. This guide walks through the five steps most people take on their first day. It takes about ten minutes, most of which is waiting for an OAuth window.

Step 1 of 5
Create your account
Head to the sign-up page and register with your email address. You will receive a confirmation link to verify the address. Once you click it, you are taken straight into your workspace. No credit card is required to start, and the free plan is enough to connect everything and see it in one place.
On first sign-in you land on the dashboard Overview. It will look empty for now, and that is expected. The next step is connecting a data source so there is something to show.
- One workspace per project or studio. If you ship several apps, you can keep them in one workspace and filter by campaign, or create separate workspaces, whichever keeps things organised for you.
- Use a real inbox you check. Account-level alerts (like a connection that needs re-authorising) are sent there.
Step 2 of 5
Connect an ad platform
OAuth, never passwords
From the dashboard, open Settings → Connections (or the “Connect a platform” prompt on the Overview) and pick a provider. The flow at launch looks like this:
- 1
Choose the platform you want to connect (for example Meta Ads).
- 2
You are redirected to the provider's own OAuth screen and sign in there. Flowjat never sees your password.
- 3
You review and approve the permissions the provider requests, then select which ad account(s) to share.
- 4
You are sent back to Flowjat, and your campaigns begin syncing. The first import can take a little while depending on how much history the account holds.
What's live and what's coming
Connecting at least one ad platform and one revenue tool is what unlocks true ROAS. Flowjat can then tie ad spend to the revenue it actually produced, instead of leaving you to reconcile two dashboards by hand.
Step 3 of 5
Read your dashboard
Once data is flowing, the dashboard is organised into a few focused views. The goal is the opposite of an anxiety-inducing wall of numbers: each view answers one question and points you to the next action.
- Overview
- Your starting point. It summarises spend, results and revenue across connected accounts for the period you choose, and surfaces anything that needs attention: a campaign drifting on cost, a connection that needs re-authorising, or a clear win worth scaling.
- Campaigns
- A unified list of campaigns across every connected platform, so you do not tab between ad managers. Sort by spend, results or efficiency, open a campaign to see its trend, and read it alongside the revenue it drove rather than clicks in isolation.
- Creatives
- Your ads grouped by creative, so you can see which images, videos and hooks are actually working. This is where “what should I make more of?” gets a concrete answer instead of a guess.
- Reports
- Clear summaries you can read in a minute or share with a co-founder. Reports are written in plain language, not just exported tables. The point is to understand what happened, not to decode a spreadsheet.
Step 4 of 5
Use the AI copilot
The copilot is what makes Flowjat a copilot rather than another dashboard. It reads your connected data and tells you, in plain English, what to change and why. It also prioritises, so you are not handed a list of fifty “insights” with no sense of which one matters.
A typical suggestion is concrete and actionable, for example:
This campaign's cost per install has climbed for three days while revenue stayed flat. Consider lowering its budget and shifting it to the creative that's converting.
Two creatives are carrying most of your results; the rest are spending without returning. Here's what they have in common.
You can also ask it questions directly, such as “why did spend jump yesterday?” or “which campaign has the best return this week?”, and it answers from your own connected data. The copilot recommends actions and explains its reasoning; you stay in control of every change. It is a co-pilot, not an autopilot, and it works best once both an ad platform and a revenue tool are connected so its advice is grounded in real ROAS.
Step 5 of 5
Billing and plans
Flowjat keeps billing simple. You can connect your platforms and see everything in one place on the free plan; you upgrade when you want the copilot to actively tell you what to change. There are no per-seat sales calls and no annual lock-in, and you can cancel any time.
- Manage your plan from Settings → Billing in the dashboard, where you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
- Your price never depends on which connectors are live yet. While we roll connectors out, you are never charged for capability that is still in validation.
- See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

Next steps
That is the whole loop: connect your sources, read clear views of what is happening, and let the copilot prioritise what to do next. If a connector you need is not live yet, the Integrations page shows where it stands, and you can always reach a human on the contact page if anything is unclear.
