Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete your Flowjat account and the ad data we hold, and how to revoke a platform's access — step by step.
Last updated: 26 juin 2026
You can delete your data from Flowjat at any time, and we make it easy. This page explains exactly what gets removed, the two ways to request deletion, and how to separately revoke Flowjat's access to a specific ad platform (for example Meta or Google) directly from that platform.
Flowjat is operated by Guillaume SEVRIN. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@flowjat.com and a person will help you.
Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app
This is the fastest route and removes everything in one step. While signed in:
- Open Settings from the account menu (or go to Settings).
- Go to the Account tab and scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. We ask you to confirm because the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deletion of your account and the data described below begins immediately. Some copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days at the latest.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you would simply prefer that we handle it, send a deletion request to privacy@flowjat.com from the email address on your account. To help us find the right account quickly, please include:
- The email address you use to sign in to Flowjat.
- A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete your data and confirm by email when it is done. We complete email deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Whichever option you choose, we permanently remove the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your account — profile details (name, email, workspace settings) and your sign-in credentials.
- Synced ad data — the campaign, ad set and creative data we pulled from the ad platforms you connected, along with any performance metrics and reports derived from it.
- Connected revenue data — any data imported from developer revenue tools you linked (such as Stripe, Paddle or RevenueCat) to measure real ROAS.
- OAuth tokens — the access and refresh tokens that let Flowjat read your ad and revenue accounts are deleted and revoked on the platform side, so Flowjat can no longer reach any of your accounts.
Copilot conversations are an exception. To be able to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and to handle any safety or dispute matter, we retain the content of your AI-copilot conversations for 12 months after your account is deleted, and then permanently delete them. During that window they are kept isolated and accessed only by staff who need them for those purposes. This is the only part of your personal data that is not removed shortly after deletion.
We may also retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example billing and invoice records needed for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for the legally required period, isolated from active systems, and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
Revoke a single platform without deleting your account
If you only want to disconnect one ad platform — and keep using Flowjat otherwise — you do not need to delete your account.
Disconnect inside Flowjat
- Go to Settings → Connections.
- Find the platform you want to remove and select Disconnect.
Disconnecting deletes the stored token for that platform and the data we synced from it. As an extra safeguard, you can also revoke Flowjat's access from the platform itself, using the steps below.
Revoke access in Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- In your Facebook account, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and websites.
- Find Flowjat in the list of active apps and choose Remove to revoke its access.
Revoke access in Google
- Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections .
- Open Third-party apps & services (sometimes shown as "Apps with access to your account").
- Select Flowjat, then choose Remove access.
Other platforms — such as TikTok, Snapchat and Apple Search Ads — offer an equivalent "connected apps" or "permissions" screen in their account settings where you can revoke access the same way.
Note that revoking access on the platform stops future syncing, but it does not delete the data already synced into Flowjat. To remove that data too, disconnect the platform in Flowjat or delete your account using the steps above.
