Subprocessors
The third-party services we rely on to run Flowjat, what each one does, and where it processes data.

To deliver Flowjat, Guillaume SEVRIN works with a small number of carefully chosen subprocessors. A subprocessor is a third party that may process personal data on our behalf in order to provide part of the service — for example hosting our application, running the AI copilot, or connecting to an ad network you choose to link.
We keep this list short on purpose. Some entries only come into play when you connect an account yourself — for instance, the ad platform APIs below are not contacted until you authorize Flowjat to read a campaign for you. We note that clearly in the table.

How we choose subprocessors
Before a subprocessor is added, we review what data it would access, whether that access is strictly necessary, and the safeguards in place — including a data processing agreement and, where data leaves the European Union, an appropriate transfer mechanism. We grant each subprocessor the minimum access needed for its role and nothing more.
Notice of changes
We will keep this page current. When we plan to add a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we commit to updating this list before the change takes effect and giving you a reasonable opportunity to review it.
If you would like to be notified of changes to this list by email, send a request to privacy@flowjat.com and we will add you to the subprocessor change notification list. You can ask to be removed at any time using the same address.
If you object to a new subprocessor for legitimate data-protection reasons, contact us at the same address so we can discuss your concern.
